Explore Mode is built for open discovery. Students are free to dabble across creative stations — design, media, tech, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and more — supported by mentors who guide, track, and celebrate their progress.

Students gain creative confidence and start identifying what inspires them — naturally finding the direction that leads into Build Mode.

Build Mode gives students focused time and resources to turn an idea from Explore Mode into something tangible — a prototype, video, piece of art, product, or project. Mentors guide the process while progress is tracked in the INSPO system, so every step forward is recognized.

Students complete Build Mode with a working project and a deeper sense of capability — seeing firsthand that their ideas can become reality.

Pitch Mode teaches students how to express their ideas and impact. They’ll work with mentors to shape their story and prepare for the INSPO Pitch Showcase — where they share their work with peers, mentors, and local investors.

Students leave Pitch Mode with communication skills, confidence, and experience presenting in front of real audiences — often gaining mentorship or next-step opportunities beyond the Hub.
